We are building the best looking, best working product in a category that has only ever shipped ugly software. You will own product design end to end, from dispatch boards and route maps to billing flows and the mobile driver app. This is a high-autonomy senior role: you set the bar, you do not follow a spec. You will turn messy real world operator workflows into interfaces that feel obvious, and you will care about the details no one else does.
What you'll do
- Own product design end to end across the web app and the mobile driver app
- Turn complex operator workflows, dispatch, routing, billing, into interfaces that feel obvious
- Build and maintain the design system together with engineering
- Prototype, test with real operators, and iterate on what you learn
- Set the visual and interaction bar for the entire product
- Sweat the details no one else does: the empty states, the loading, the edge cases
Who you are
- 6+ years in product design for complex, operational tools
- A portfolio that shows depth, not just pretty shots
- Fluent in Figma and modern design-system thinking
- Comfortable working shoulder to shoulder with engineers
- You prototype, test with real users, and iterate
- EU timezone overlap
- Fluent English, written and spoken
