What counts as an active truck?
A truck that is available for dispatch, it can be assigned routes and jobs. Deactivated trucks stay in Sanilog with all their history and maintenance records, they just cannot be scheduled, and they are not billed.
What happens if I deactivate a truck mid-month?
The unused portion of that truck’s month is returned to your account as credit, automatically, the moment you deactivate. You will see the exact amount on your next invoice as a line item.
Is the credit a refund?
No, and that is deliberate. Credit stays on your account and applies to future invoices instead of going back to your card. It means deactivating is instant, and you never lose money for being honest about which trucks are running.
Can I hire more than one Sani?
One per company, $149 a month. Sani scales with your data, not your headcount. A 3-truck operation and a 30-truck operation each need exactly one.
How far does 50 GB of storage go?
A scanned contract is about 1 MB. 50 GB is roughly fifty thousand of them, most operators never leave the free tier. If you do, storage comes in 10 GB blocks at $0.99 a month each, and you can drop a block whenever you clear space. The number of files is never limited.
Do drivers, dispatchers or office staff cost extra?
