Today Sanilog is open to everyone.

Two years on one fleet

For two years it ran quietly on one fleet: Andrew’s, the portable sanitation business my father-in-law has run for years. It wasn’t a demo or a pilot. It dispatched his drivers, tracked his units by serial number, ran his 28-day billing, and sent his invoices, through winter, through the summer rush, through the weeks when a truck was down and the whole schedule had to bend around it.

That’s the part most software skips. It’s easy to build something that looks right in a screenshot. It’s much harder to build something that survives a real bad Monday, when a driver calls in, a customer moves a site, and two invoices are already late. Every one of those Mondays went back into the product. If a screen slowed Andrew down, we changed it. If a number was wrong, we found out fast, because it was our own money on the line.

What version one honestly means

The core is solid, and we run our own business on it every day: units, clients, contracts, recurring jobs, invoicing, and the map that ties them together. It is not everything we intend to build. Accounting sync is still coming, and there is more we want to do with reporting. But what’s here is the part we’re confident enough to stand behind, and we would rather ship that and keep going than wait for a version that never feels finished.

We didn’t open it up on a schedule, or because a runway ran out. We opened it when we stopped finding things we were embarrassed by and started finding things we were proud of.

What it doesn’t mean

It doesn’t mean a launch-week scramble to sign you up. There’s no countdown and no fake discount. Our price is on the pricing page, one plan, everything included. New operators start with credits, so you can try it on a real week of work without putting a card down. If it doesn’t fit your operation, you’ll know quickly, and we’d rather you find that out honestly than get talked into it.

What being early gets you

If you come on now, you’re early, and early means a direct line to us. You email, a founder answers. We’ll move your data over for you, off spreadsheets or your old tool, at no charge. And the things you tell us you need will shape what we build next, the same way Andrew’s fleet shaped everything so far.

Bring one truck, and see how it goes.
